Dragonet

The Standard Dwarf Bearded Iris Dragonet showcases standards in a blackened port-wine shade, darker than RHS color chart, with a deep red glow in sunlight. Its style arms feature deep red crests and ribs, with browner sides. The falls are a velvety blackened port-wine with distinct dark-red highlights and subtle lavender darts near the beard. The beards are smoky grey-violet tipped with gold (RHS 163B). This ruffled iris is known for its strong sweet fragrance. Dragonet is a complex hybrid ((Incendiary x Panther) x Devil Baby) X Devil’s Night), awarded HM in 2016 and introduced by Salmon Creek in 2014.
