Clever Endeavor is a semi-evergreen tetraploid daylily featuring 5-inch blooms with smoky orange petals (RHS 39B) accented by a quarter-inch dark purple eye (RHS 187A). The flowers showcase a large orange appliqued throat (RHS 25B) and a narrow purple and yellow edge, creating a striking contrast. This cultivar produces 15 buds on two branches and is bred from Gage’s Facepaint crossed with a seedling, offering gardeners a vibrant and distinctive addition to their collection.
